Can I leave some luggage with you?
Sure. You can check in from 3:00 and check out by 12:00. If you arrive earlier or leave later, you are welcome to store your luggage with us.
Is there an age limit?
From 16 years you can stay with us, but then we need a written agreement of your parents. You can download the form here

Where can I park?
We do not have our own parking spaces, but you can park safely and free of charge in the side streets. If necessary there is also a parking garage nearby, look at here
Do you take bachelor parties?
No, not in principle. Unfortunately, we have had too many bad experiences there. We are not a party hostel either, but rather a quiet and cosy one.
Does everyone have to pay the cultural support levy?
Usually yes, but there are exceptions for business travellers. For more information see here
When can I cancel for free?
A simple booking can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the start of the booking period. For groups of 4 or more people, however, special rules apply, which you will find here.
Can animals be brought into the hostel?
No, unfortunately not.
